In order to return merchandise, you must first obtain an RMA number from our customer service department, here.

You may return any unopened merchandise within 30 days of receipt. The merchandise must be in its original condition, including original packaging. You will receive a full refund less any shipping and gift wrapping charges.

Any shipping costs you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. The original shipping cost we charged is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error. We do not offer refunds on opened products due to health concerns. Please make your selections carefully.

We require the following information to process your return. (We will not be able to process your request otherwise).

  • RMA number
  • Full name and address
  • Phone number
  • E-mail address
  • Original Order Number
  • Your reason for returning the merchandise

All returns must be shipped back to Renyva using a trackable courier (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation). Any package that has not been received by Renyva and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.

Note: Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange.

 

Claims For Undelivered Items

You must notify us within 15 days from the date of your order if you have not received your package. Any claims after this period cannot be processed.
